Jud Waites has been practicing law since 1992. He is certified to practice in Georgia and Alabama. He attended Wake Forest University for his undergraduate degree, and then attended Mercer University for his law degree.

He handles cases in primarily three areas:

1. personal injury and wrongful death cases (such as car wreck, motorcycle wrecks, slip and fall cases),
2. business and contract disputes between corporations, individuals, and employer-employee, and
3. criminal defense.

Catie Blackwell, a seventh-generation Cherokee County resident, was admitted to practice in the state of Georgia in 2021. Catie attended the University of North Georgia for her undergraduate degree and the University of Georgia for law school. She is currently Staff Attorney to Judge David Cannon, Jr. in Cherokee County Superior Court.

Jennifer Gower Side was admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia in 2010. Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia in 2007 and 2010, respectively. She is currently an Associate Attorney with Grisham, Poole & Carlile, P.C., in Cherokee County, practicing criminal and family law.
